This project consists of two twin 125-unit buildings designed by I.M. Pei during the revitalization of the Southwest neighborhood of DC. The project has been redeveloped into 125 residential condominiums and 125 rental units in one of the original buildings and two development parcels for an additional 375 rental units.  The Bernstein Companies along with Peak Companies acquired the asset and put this historic property back on the map as a landmark asset.
