This 117-unit luxury rental apartment project includes 19,000 sq. ft. of first floor retail space and a 110 car garage. Triangle Development Associates, LLC, with Brian Barlia as co-managing member, utilized New Market Tax Credits to construct the 6-story building directly above the Metro tunnels.

Park Triangle won the Development Excellence for the Americas award by the Urban Land Institute in 2009.
