This 30-unit condominium project was developed by Triangle Development Associates II, LLC, with Brian Barlia as co-managing member. Triangle Development Associates ll, LLC, was awarded the development rights to the project by the DC Redevelopment Land Agency as part of the redevelopment around the Columbia Heights Metro station.
