This 160-unit residential building was redeveloped as part of a 500-unit portfolio of D.C. apartment buildings by Barco, LLC, with Brian Barlia as co-managing member.  The portfolio was acquired and redeveloped with Tax Exempt Bonds and Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
